Dear Customers, For your attention; Halotherapy Services Purchased in our retail till or online cannot be returned or reimbursed partially for Cash and cannot be returned in full after 10 days of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
- Kaapaan Therapeutics understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued in accordance with the following conditions:
- If you are dissatisfied with your halotherapy session, please notify us immediately. Kaapaan Therapeutics will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, provide a refund.
- Refunds will not be issued for sessions that have already been completed.
- Refunds may be provided in the original form of payment or as credit towards future services, at our discretion.
- Any refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original service date.
Return Policy
- Halotherapy sessions are non-returnable items. Once a session has been purchased, it cannot be returned for a refund.
- If you have purchased a package of sessions and are unable to use them, please contact us to discuss alternative options, such as transferring the sessions to another individual or converting them into a different service offered at our facility.
Exceptions
In rare cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, exceptions to our refund and return policy may be made at the discretion of management.
